Effective Date: 05/01/2026 Last Updated: 05/07/2026 Website: https://www.arcaniummed.com Operator: Arcanium Med Technologies LLC Contact: support@arcaniummed.com

These Terms of Service and Beta Notice ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arcanium Med, including the website, dashboard, calendar tools, grade tracking tools, Exam Tracker, Professor Intel, study planning tools, modules, Arena/question features, account features, and any related services, content, functionality, or software made available through or in connection with Arcanium Med.

Arcanium Med is the public platform and brand operated by Arcanium Med Technologies LLC.

By accessing, registering for, logging into, submitting information to, importing data into, uploading files to, using, testing, or otherwise interacting with Arcanium Med, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use Arcanium Med.

Arcanium Med is currently a beta-stage, independently operated educational technology platform. The platform is under active development, and features may be incomplete, experimental, modified, interrupted, inaccurate, removed, or replaced at any time.

1. Independent Platform; No Institutional Affiliation

Arcanium Med is an independent educational and academic-organization platform operated by Arcanium Med Technologies LLC. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Arcanium Med is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, operated by, or officially connected to American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Adtalem Global Education, Canvas, Instructure, ExamSoft, NBME, AMBOSS, UWorld, Boards & Beyond, ScholarRx, Mehlman Medical, Ninja Nerd, or any other institution, company, educational platform, testing organization, faculty member, professor, school administrator, course director, accrediting body, or third-party service.

Any references to schools, courses, modules, exams, platforms, professors, learning objectives, assessments, or educational resources are for user organization, study planning, academic reference, or contextual compatibility only and should not be interpreted as institutional endorsement, official authorization, or formal partnership.

Arcanium Med is not an official source of academic policy, grading, examination scheduling, curricular requirements, attendance requirements, graduation requirements, remediation requirements, promotion standards, or institutional rules. Users remain solely responsible for verifying all official information through official school systems and communications.

2. Beta Status and Experimental Nature

Arcanium Med is provided as a beta product. You understand and agree that beta software may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete features, incorrect calculations, inaccurate parsing, broken links, design inconsistencies, missing content, data synchronization issues, login problems, display errors, or other defects.

Features may be added, removed, renamed, redesigned, reorganized, restricted, or discontinued without prior notice. User data may occasionally require migration, re-entry, deletion, correction, or manual support intervention.

You acknowledge that use of Arcanium Med during beta testing involves risk, including the possibility that:

  • saved data may not sync correctly;
  • calendar imports may miss, duplicate, misclassify, or misdate events;
  • grade calculations may be inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Exam Tracker outputs may parse incorrectly;
  • Professor Intel submissions may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate;
  • module pages may be unfinished;
  • question tools may contain errors;
  • dashboard recommendations may be incomplete or unreliable;
  • features may behave differently across devices, browsers, or network environments.

You agree that Arcanium Med should not be used as your sole source of academic planning, official scheduling, grade verification, exam preparation, or academic decision-making.

3. Educational Use Only

Arcanium Med is intended to support educational organization, study planning, review, and self-directed learning. The platform may provide tools related to calendar organization, grade tracking, study planning, exam report parsing, professor feedback, modules, practice questions, and dashboard recommendations.

Arcanium Med does not provide official academic advising, institutional advising, legal advice, medical advice, mental health advice, financial advice, professional licensing advice, or guaranteed academic guidance.

Any suggestions, plans, summaries, recommendations, projections, analytics, or outputs generated by or displayed within Arcanium Med are for informational and organizational purposes only.

You remain responsible for your own studying, attendance, academic performance, exam preparation, schedule verification, grade verification, and compliance with your institution's rules and policies.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Passing, Performance, or Outcomes

Arcanium Med does not guarantee that use of the platform will improve your grades, ensure passing scores, prevent failure, improve exam performance, satisfy course requirements, predict academic outcomes, or result in any particular academic, professional, financial, or personal outcome.

Grade Tracker calculations, pass projections, needed-score estimates, dashboard recommendations, calendar interpretations, Exam Tracker summaries, learning objective analyses, Professor Intel content, and module recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, user-dependent, or based on assumptions.

You should independently verify all important academic information, including but not limited to:

  • official grades;
  • exam dates;
  • exam weights;
  • quiz weights;
  • final exam requirements;
  • remediation policies;
  • attendance requirements;
  • course schedules;
  • Canvas deadlines;
  • module objectives;
  • faculty announcements;
  • official school communications;
  • academic standing;
  • progression requirements.

If there is any conflict between Arcanium Med and an official institutional source, the official institutional source controls.

5. User Accounts and Responsibility

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials, impersonate another person, access another user's account, circumvent access controls, interfere with platform security, or use the platform in a manner that compromises the integrity of Arcanium Med or other users' data.

You are responsible for logging out of shared devices and securing access to your account.

Arcanium Med may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear to violate these Terms, abuse the platform, submit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, misuse data, harass other users, or otherwise create risk to the platform or its users.

6. Workspace Profile and Personalization

The workspace profile feature may request information such as your name, study level, current module, course timing, lab cohort, or other preferences. This information is used to personalize your workspace, calendar, dashboard, study planning, and related tools.

You are responsible for entering accurate information. If your workspace profile is incomplete or inaccurate, Arcanium Med outputs may be less useful or incorrect.

Workspace profile information may be stored to your account and may also be temporarily stored locally in your browser for functionality, fallback, or beta compatibility.

7. Calendar Import and Schedule Tools

Arcanium Med may allow you to import calendar data from Canvas or other calendar sources through an iCal/ICS feed link or uploaded ICS file. By importing calendar data, you represent that you are authorized to access and use that calendar data.

Calendar import features are provided for convenience only. Arcanium Med does not guarantee that imported events will be complete, current, correctly classified, correctly timed, or synchronized with future changes made in Canvas or other external systems.

Calendar-related tools may attempt to classify events such as lectures, labs, OLMs, quizzes, exams, reviews, finals, assignments, or other academic activities. These classifications may be incorrect.

You are responsible for verifying all calendar events, deadlines, exam times, attendance requirements, and academic obligations through official sources.

Imported calendar events may be saved to your account so they can persist across sessions and devices. Original uploaded ICS files are not necessarily retained unless explicitly stated.

8. Grade Tracker and Pass Checker

The Grade Tracker, Grade Pilot, pass checker, and related grade-projection tools are based on information entered by the user, imported from other app features, or inferred from saved data. These tools are estimates only.

Arcanium Med does not guarantee that grade calculations reflect official grading rules, curved grading, remediation rules, rounding rules, attendance penalties, quiz replacement rules, extra credit, institutional discretion, course-specific exceptions, or faculty-specific grading changes.

You should verify all grades and grading formulas using official syllabi, official gradebooks, course directors, school policy, or other official sources.

You agree not to rely solely on Arcanium Med to determine whether you are passing, failing, at risk, remediating, or academically safe.

9. Exam Tracker

Exam Tracker is designed to help users organize and interpret certain exam-feedback reports, including report-style documents that may contain strengths, opportunities, learning objectives, missed questions, score information, or related academic feedback.

By uploading or parsing an exam-related report, you represent that you have the right to use the report for personal study purposes and that your use does not violate institutional policy, testing rules, copyright rules, confidentiality obligations, or third-party terms.

Arcanium Med currently stores parsed Exam Tracker data and related metadata so your report history can sync with your account. Original uploaded PDF files are not currently stored by Arcanium Med.

Exam Tracker may incorrectly extract, parse, classify, summarize, or display report data. It may miss learning objectives, misread text, misclassify weaknesses, duplicate reports, fail to save data, or display incomplete information.

Exam Tracker is not an official exam review system, grade appeal system, academic record system, or institutional performance analysis tool. You are responsible for verifying all exam feedback through official sources.

You agree not to upload confidential exam questions, copyrighted question content, restricted testing materials, patient information, third-party private information, or any content that you are not permitted to upload or process.

10. Professor Intel and User-Generated Feedback

Professor Intel may allow users to view, submit, rate, vote on, comment on, or otherwise interact with feedback related to professors, courses, modules, teaching styles, exam styles, or study strategies.

Professor Intel content may include user-generated submissions. User-generated content is inherently subjective and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, unverified, or based on individual experience.

You agree that Professor Intel is not an official faculty evaluation system, institutional review system, employment assessment tool, disciplinary reporting system, or formal academic record.

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • false or knowingly misleading;
  • defamatory or reputationally harmful;
  • harassing, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory;
  • obscene, hateful, or inflammatory;
  • based on protected characteristics;
  • invasive of privacy;
  • containing confidential institutional material;
  • containing copyrighted exam content;
  • containing personal contact information;
  • containing patient information;
  • unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

Feedback should be constructive, academic, specific, and focused on study preparation or learning experience.

Arcanium Med may moderate, hide, remove, restrict, edit, or decline to display Professor Intel submissions at its discretion. Arcanium Med may retain account-level associations with submissions for moderation, safety, and abuse-prevention purposes.

11. Modules, Arena, Questions, and Educational Content

Arcanium Med may include study modules, topic pages, interactive explanations, question tools, practice questions, simulated assessments, curated quizzes, diagrams, or related educational content.

This content may be incomplete, experimental, in development, or subject to revision. It may contain errors, omissions, oversimplifications, outdated explanations, incorrect rationales, or incomplete coverage.

Arcanium Med content is not a substitute for official course materials, required readings, faculty instruction, institutional policies, clinical judgment, professional training, or licensed medical resources.

Users should verify medical, scientific, and academic information using reliable educational materials, faculty guidance, and official course resources.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Arcanium Med to:

  • violate any law, regulation, institutional rule, academic integrity policy, testing policy, or third-party terms;
  • upload restricted, copyrighted, confidential, or unauthorized materials;
  • upload actual exam questions or protected test content;
  • scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell platform content without authorization;
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform;
  • bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or access controls;
  • attempt to access another user's data;
  • submit defamatory or abusive professor feedback;
  • impersonate another person;
  • use automated tools to overload the platform;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
  • use the platform for commercial purposes without permission;
  • misrepresent Arcanium Med as official school software;
  • use Arcanium Med in a way that creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

13. Intellectual Property

Arcanium Med, including its design, interface, workflows, original text, visual structure, feature organization, software, branding, logos, and original educational materials, is owned by or licensed to Arcanium Med Technologies LLC, except where otherwise indicated.

You may use Arcanium Med for personal educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Arcanium Med content, design, software, or platform structure without written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and platform references belong to their respective owners. Their appearance within or in connection with Arcanium Med does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

14. User Content License

When you submit content to Arcanium Med, including profile data, calendar entries, grade entries, professor feedback, comments, study inputs, uploaded or parsed reports, or other user-generated information, you retain any rights you have in that content.

However, you grant Arcanium Med Technologies LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, analyze, format, and use that content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, moderate, and provide the platform.

For Professor Intel submissions or other content intended to be displayed publicly or to other users, you grant Arcanium Med permission to display that content within the platform, subject to moderation and these Terms.
